1. Persuade/help parents to provide optimal early childhoods - minimize TV,
maximize challenging activity
2. Stop statewide mandates dictating schooling practices. Reinvigorate local
responsibility for schooling.
3. Encourage teachers (time/money) to collaborate in fostering professional development
and devising classroom improvement. |
